        Worst hotel ever!

        This hotel is relatively old and quite dingy-looking. Their main attraction is their waterpark type swimming pool. Nice. If only it works. First promise by the staff, broken. Second promise : a refrigerator in the room. Did not appear. We were going to stay three nights and upon finding out about the first broken promise, we wanted to leave, but we decided to be patient instead. It was Christmas Day. Wrong move. As the days went, the nightmare was getting worse. Toiletries and used cups on the counter were never removed nor cleaned, the bathroom was just dried up, never cleaned, empty toilet paper roll was never replaced. On the second night, the beds were not made because they claimed that my son's pillow and blanket were on it and they are not allowed to touch it. Never heard of this hotel rule.This is the clincher, the floor was never vacuumed. Proof : there were cheese curls crumbs on the floor that we never had!

        Oh, did I mention that all these time, most of the staff were very rude and unfriendly?

        And so this was our Christmas adventure in a hotel named Ramada.
