        Furniture is expensive and they don't follow their "lifetime warranty."

        Had to pay to replace the last chair and I've had the new one 6 months and the thing is broke again. The chair hasn't had any rough handling either.

        I am sorry you feel our stuff is expensive and as for our lifetime warranty we will fix anything for as long as you own as long as I can get parts, no charge for parts and no charge for labor. Give us another chance and we will make it right.
