        Overall

        Ridgeview Healthcare is as a low end health care facility. In my five months of employment there have been three administrators, two directors of nursing, numerous nurses, three maintenance supervisors and staff coming and going. In addition there is a disconnect between the parent company and the nursing home. They step up attention whenever there is a VA or state inspection. I was very disappointed as the residents are treated poorly. The staff that cares gets fired. I would never let my loved one stay there even for short term rehab. Don't just ask me ask anyone who has worked there.
