Poor workmanship on big cement project. Ruined our entire backyard, left a mess, tore up sprinkler system and cemented tubes sticking out of cement.

Two areas of the patio are cracked, said they would be out several times to repair, no show, no call.

Reporting them to BBB and contacting an attorney. Poor service, poor workmanship.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The process to get our project (which should have taken at the longest 3 days to demo, frame, and pour a new driveway and front walk) took months to complete. We hired this company early in the season (Winter 2018) so that our job could be complete in May for us to use for the summer. Our project did not get complete until the middle of July. I believe the ONLY reason is actually did get complete is because I bothered them pretty much every day for updates on when it would be done. We were lied to about the start date many, many times. When I tried to cancel and get my deposit back (before any work had been done, I was threatened with a “charge for materials” and a lien on my property.) When they finally did start it took over three weeks to complete all the while having to deal with delays and lies. When the project was finally complete (July) it was messy, crooked, and unprofessional. While it is functional for now, I do not believe it will hold up to the elements and while this company has a “warranty” I would not trust them to actually come out and redo any of this work since it was so bad in the first place. Hire this company at your own risk!

Palermo Construction Company showed an extreme unprofessionalism when handling our project. They failed to complete the project by June 8th - in fact, they have never even started the work. They continuously misrepresented the facts regarding when the work would be started, failed to proactively communicate or communicate at all when issues arose. They failed to return the money we paid for the project.

Worst experience ever. Owner is a liar. Doesn't return calls. Doesn't do work. Don't ever hire this company. Nothing good about this company and its workers. Don't waste your money.

I'm very disappointed with this company. They don't return calls. Never even returned to pull the forms. I recommend not paying them cash. How can they give a 18 month garuntee if they never return your call. They broke the sprinkler line under my driveway and still haven't come back after 3 weeks.

Awesome work...and smart guys! our job had many obstacles and they got through them all! They were very kind with us and did an excellent job.

I cant imagine the reviews are accurate based on my experience with palermo construction co. and its owner. We gave the owner a good portion on the date we signed. We had a family party within one weeks time and we offered 1/3 at signing so he would be motivated to push us up on his list of jobs to do. We took a huge leap of faith to give him the money and he got it done within the weeks time and he worked till 11am the night before the party to make sure it was finished. It was an exposed agg. Job and we love it and he received many referrals from our patio to our friends and some family too.
Either there are 2 palermo co's doing cement or someone is lying about palermo!
They over exceeded our original belief but he made us feel comfortable about our decision and we were very happy we used them.

Horrible service , not returning calls , signing and selling service and not keeping the word ! zero zero !
