        Attic and vent Pro's

        Initially George came to the house, gave me the breakdown estimate of things I needed. He was very knowledgeable and compared to others he was comprible on cost.



        We scheduled a specific time and he and his crew showed up early. They were polite and professional. Cleaned up after they were done.



        Before he buttoned everything up, he asked me to come inspect the area and see the work he had done.



        Right now there is also a 30% tax credit which helped offset some of the cost. nice benefit...



        We had about 10 inches of cellulose installed, a thermestatic attic fan and 2 bathroom exhaust vents installed. He also noticed 2 spots of mold and cleaned them up for free.



        I was happy to let these two in my house, and happy that they have all the experience from several years of experience, it really showed!

        Attic Insulation & Ventilation Pro's were great to work with. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job on the mold removal in our attic. I would recommend them to anyone who needed mold removal.

        Best contractors I've worked with in a long time! Explained everything, made sense. On time, kept promises. Upfront and honest on the price, no pressure. Caught and fixed problems in my attic that other contractors either missed or ignored. Highly recommend.
