ppl. writing bad reviews on some doctors i understand. some doctors are so scared to even write a script for Tylenol #3. because of dope heads. but i have a ruptured disk in my back and my doc. Terrie mcswain is a kind, caring and sweet lady that gave me the proper meds. to control my pain. sometimes you yourself have to give kindness to receive it . and her nurse is awesome as well. and if they were money hungry they would charge a lot more than 75$ per visit ... sincerely.. mike the mule...

RUN!!!! FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Very bad experience. They charge me and my insurance for treatment I never received. They never answer the phone. I leave a message and if they get back to you it will be after 2 weeks. Stay away

Find another family practice! This practice is money hungry. My mother has problems bad problems with her knees. She may have to undergo knee surgery. She called the office to ask the doctor to fill out a form for a handicap tag. They told her to bring the form in their office. The form is available to print out online. They wanted her to drop off the form and come back later to pick it up. They also wanted $20 just to fill out the form. She had just been maybe 2 weeks earlier for a paid doctors appointment. These people should be ashamed.

I am very upset with the service I received at Jones Family Practice. I had a first time appointment with Dr. Love. I made the appointment for 3pm. I showed up at the office at 2:45pm. When I signed in the girl at the desk didn't greet me, she didn't even look up at me. My husband and I were the only two in the waiting room. I thought it was odd that the receptionist didn't give me papers to fill out. After sitting for 10-15 minutes I was called to the desk and told I needed to reschedule. She said my appointment was at 2:30pm. I explained that I had written it down when I made the appointment. I asked if I could still see Dr. Love since I was the only one in the waiting area. She said "no, we are booked". I was sent to the checkout area and the lady there told me the same thing. I tried to explain that I was scheduled for 3pm. She said it was in the "system" for 2:30pm and that I was out of luck. She was very rude. I told her I was going to go somewhere else and she said that was fine with her. My husband and I left and went straight to Shelby Family Practice. We were greeted with a hello and a smile as soon as we walked in the door. When we got home we tried to call Jones Family Practice to complain, but the girls at the desk wouldn't let us talk to anyone in charge.
