Larry's Transmission Parts & Service

Less than 3,000 miles after having our transmission repaired at larry's transmission, our vehicle began having the exact same problems. We contacted the shop, they told us they would perform a free diagnosis due to the low number of miles that the vehicle had been driven. When we dropped off our vehicle my husband confirmed that this would only be a free diagnosis, and that no repairs would be made. He explained to the shop that we do not have the money to pay for any repairs at this time. We were told they would diagnosis the problem and get back to us. The only phone call we received was a phone call stating that we owe $2700 and then they threatened to sell the transmission from our vehicle if we can not come up with the money! We were hesitant about bringing the vehicle back to the shop and only did so because they stated that they would only perform a free diagnosis to determine if the problem was related to the previous repairs! Please do not bring your vehicle to these people!

Absolutely worst experience. Do you like rude unprofessional business owners? Take your vehicle here. Do you like business owners that curse at you on the phone and tell you that you know nothing about running a business? Take your vehicle here. Do you enjoy shady business practices? This is the shop for you. Do you like not hearing anything about your vehicle and then receiving a call that it's ready and surprise surprise here's a bill for $2300+? Then most definitely take your vehicle here!!
