Contacted Lynn Nolan Jan,21,2016.Made appt for Jan 23.Lynn arrived 1 hr late,did call but after she was already 15 min late with little explanation.Stayed 10 min,took several pictures,and outside measurements,we gave her a list of improvements that we made per her request prior to appt,she also wanted pymt 375.thatday.We complied.Contacted her Feb 4, Lynn stated being "sent today".Waited until Feb 8 contacted again, said she would check.The appraisal had an upload date of Feb.9.We received on Feb.9 via email and Feb 11 regular mail. Very poor service.
