Got $20 in FREE FIREWORKS. GOT A COUPON FROM ANOTHER GIFT SHOP. WHEN WE STOP AT GORILLA FIRWORKS WE BOUGHT ABOUT $50 IN FIREWORKS.WE PRESENTED OUR COUPON THEY GAVE US ANOTHER $20 FREE FIREWORKS THEY PICKED FOR US. AFTER THAT THEY GAVE US SOME MORE FIREWORKS AS WE LEFT.

This place is awful! On July 2nd 2014, we went to subway to have lunch. Upon paying for our meal, we received a coupon for Gorilla Fireworks in Sevierville, Tennessee. The coupon stated that we could receive $20 worth of FREE fireworks just for stopping by, no purchase necessary. The very next day, we went there to receive our FREE fireworks and also spend an additional $100 on other fireworks to use on the 4th of July. We went there, found all the fireworks we intended on buying and then presented our coupon. The manager came out to look at the coupon, he appeared to read it intensely and then stated "Oh, geez. I'm so sorry, but it appears this coupon has expired in 2012. We explained that we just received the coupon yesterday, that they were being distributed to many people. He still refused and acted as though it were our fault. These people are con artists who purposely passed out expired coupons in order for people to visit their place of business. They are liars and cheats and needless to say they lost our business that was worth well over $100 dollars. I do not recommend doing business with such shady people that own gorilla freedom fireworks. They are bad people.
