Crystal Clean Storage was amazing. Lane was patient and accommodating with our ever changing timeline during our new home construction. He was always available and made the process easy for us.

Very clean and secure facility conveniently located to downtown Seneca. Management is highly professional and friendly, willing to go out of their way to accommodate customers. Rental fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing short or long term storage. Dave G

Crystal Clean Storage was fantastic. We stored all of our furniture and personal belongings there for 13 months while our home was being built.
The owner is easily reachable, and accommodating, not to mention their price was much lower than any other storage facility I checked with.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit.

Rented outside space for my boat and a regular storage space. The facility and grounds are kept extremely clean and safe and well lit. My boat and items were well taken care of. Would suggest Crystal Clean any time you need storage in Seneca.

This is a response to Mr Aaron Knapps review about Budget Trucks. First of all this is the Website for Crystal Clean storage and not Budget trucks. He was talked to in a very professional manner as we do all customers and was told the same very informative information about his rental and the insurance and how it works and what it covers that our Budget business tells all customers. No bad language was used when talking with him and myself and budget worked extra hours to make sure he had a truck. We run a very professional business where all customers are well informed and get clean trucks and storage at a very fair price. I am sorry he had to take his own frustrations out on us.

I have known this family and this business for several years. They are committed to their customers and do a great job in all areas of their business and keep a very clean and neat business. I would guess based on what I know, that the people who made the bad reviews were not doing something they should have (like give a notice about moving out of their storage, paying late or not filling the truck up with gas, etc.)

Easy folks to work with. We used 2 of their units over a 4 month period during our move. The storage rooms were clean, affordable and well lit. The owners are friendly. Site is secure and I would use them again if I ever needed to. I didn't worry at all. Down home service with a smile. thank you
