        I called Mark yesterday and we made an appointment for 9:00 AM for him to visit my home to determine if my recliner was worth fixing. He arrived promptly at 9:00 AM (that is noteworthy) and looked at my sagging recliner. He took the back apart and immediately knew what the problem was. Within 10 minutes the recliner was fixed and in working order again. I asked Mark how much I owed him and he said it was free. I insisted to pay for his mileage at least and he declined the offer. He said he is out and about so this was not out of his way. I said, "God bless you!" as we parted ways. I will definitely use Kratz Furniture Repair again if needed. In the meantime, I will tout Mark and his 30+ year business to all those within my sphere of influence. Thank you again, Mark!
