Called your a/c company to perform a system check. Our system is only 2 years old. Mike showed up and I let him know that the system is cooling good. well little did I know, it wasn't. Mike found the system, a little low on freon and there was a kinked line. He repaired the line and rechecked the charge. He mentioned that the superheat was higher then the target superheat and that it probably wasn't charged properly at start up. He finished up the check and sprayed the inside of my air furnace and return with biocide. because he did it all in a alittle over hour, he only charged me for a hour labor only. Great job mike and thanks.

I'm writing this review because of the turn around of emotions I felt and now feel towards repair companies. I've had "many" problems with my air conditioning system thru the years. I've had compressor replaced along with parts associated with the outdoor unit, still it seemed like the problems never ended and that we still weren't cooling like we should . I started to google and research ac companies and found Your a/c co. So once again I had to take a risk. Low and behold, I believe it paid off. You see, I waited to write this review because of the way I felt about repair companies, because I wanted to see the results ( over a month ) . Not only are we cooling well but our electric bill went down 75 dollars and our system is over ten yrs old. Looking back I can see why this is. mike brought out these testing instruments that I never seen no repair man use, said that there was a possibility that no one took the time to look internally into my system, we'll I'm glad you did!

Mike, You are "The Man". Mike was On Time, and got the job done in a pleasant and very professional manner in about an hour and a half. That was checking the system, finding the leak in the compressor unit and doing the welding to seal the leak. All the time with me watching. (I just want to learn). Explaining things to me every step of the way. I will call your company ANYTIME I have an A/C issue in the future and recommend you to all my friends that need A/C work done.

found Your a/c and Htg co. on super pages and I'm glad I did. Had multible problems with my a/c system every since we'ved moved in. Had multible companies look at our system over the months, coils cleaned, air flow balanced, freon charge adjusted and one co. said there was a problem with my compressor. so I got yet another opinion. mike came over and performed some internal checks on my system then decided to do a heat load calc. I found out that we had a high heat gain due to poor insulation, major air leaks from our doors, windows, even found our dryer vent line needs to be replaced . He asured us by taking care of these problems that our electric bill would definetly go down and that the system would cool and dry the air better. thanks for taking the time and checking my system out properly, we learned alot.

When things break, we always shudder to open the phone directory and find help. I made a few calls before getting to Mike, and he was over within an hour. He has a flat service charge per hour that doesn't change, no matter what day or time. The coolest thing, is that he will work with your schedule.. he'll come in the evening, after work. Honest, through and through, Mike did not only fix my problem, but also made sure to educate me in what he was doing and how I could maintain it to prolong the life of my unit. If you are hesitant about calling anyone, this is your one call! He quoted me a price, and the actual price was LOWER! Does that even happen, anymore? Excellent guy.

Our a/c went out on a saturday evening just before we had to go out to an important gathering with family members. I knew somebody had to stay back and wait for a service technician when we called. I called several companies and got no replies. So I searched on the computer and found superpages. upon futher research found Your a/c & Heating co. immediately I got an answer and told him the situation and at my surprise mike told me to relax and to go and to call him back nomatter what time it was and that he would be there. needless to say it felt like a ton of bricks were takin off us. when I called him back ( it was 1:00 am ), Mike said that he would meet us there and sure enough he was there when we showed up. He got us air within 1 1/2 hrs and needless to say we were very happy with the outcome ( reasonable pricing, very passionate about the customers needs ). my a/c went out late saturday night, so I went on superpages.com and found your a/c & heating co. clicked the web site and researched the company. decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. not only was the co. prompt but were very passionate in educating me so these problems I been having can be avoided in the future. also another asset the co. had was that they were very resonable in charges( when they told me an hourly rate, he made sure that I GOT EVERY BIT OF THAT TIME ). I've had numerous A/C problems over the years and wasn't satisfied with the level of service I was receiving from other companies I had used in the past. When my A/C broke, yet again, I decided to actually take the time and research other companies. I went online to superpages and read all of the reviews for Your A/C & Heating and found all of the reviews to be positive, complimentary and up to date (many other reviews are from 2007 or 2008). I decided to give them a call and spoke to Mike on the phone. He was at my house within an hour and was able to identify the problem and repair it immediately. He even took the time to explain the mechanics of how the A/C should be working to me. I even got a follow-up call the day after I called to make sure my A/C was still working ok. I would definitely recommend Mike and Your A/C & Heating to everyone I know. He's knowledgable and charges a very fair price for his work.

Very awesome! Called at about noon, Mike was here in less than an hour, and had the a/c fixed the same afternoon. Much better prices than the bigger places that i had called, and much better customer service! I would totally recommend him to anybody. Thank you so much buddy!

Mike is wonderful!!! Our A/C went out at 11:45 on a Saturday night - I called a few of the "big guys" and they were completely unresponsive. I then called Mike at 12:45 and he was at our house by 1:30am and we had cold A/C again!! He left our house at 3:30 in the morning and he was the greatest. He is knowledgeable and honest and that is a fantastic combination!! He saved us and I will recommend him to anyone!! In fact, I already have!! Thank you Mike!!!

hey mike , sorry I took so long to write this review. I would just like to say to all the people out there needing a/c repair . call this company , it's definetly "worth" your while. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and I have to tell you, he has the the knowledge to back it up. what I appreciated alot was his honesty. He could of sold us a condenser motor and before I asked him if it was under warranty, he was there letting me know that it was. thanks mike for everything.

After getting VERY frustrated w/a large,advertised on TV co., I called Mike. (the other co was late the first time, the tech forgot to turn the condenser breaker back on,missed appt the next night).I called Mike around 6 pm & he was out w/in about a half hour.(no extra $$).He diagnosed the problem & I had cold a/c again. There was more work that was needed (I KNEW it was needed) & he offered to finish that night, but I set up an appt w/him for the following Sun.a.m (again, no extra$$!). The appt. was for 9 am & he was there a little b4. Great customer svce, knowledgeable, friendly & seems to be an honest guy! It's great to find someone in the service industry (especially a/c in Florida) who seems to care about what he does and the service he provides. At this time, I highly recommend this co. PLUS, he is local, flexible, reasonable & states clearly the price you'll pay up front. No bait & switch or upselling w/this company. Ginny Weeks....Seffner

It was a Sunday afternoon and our A/C mysteriously went out. I looked online and decided to give Mike a call at Your A/C and Heating Co. Boy, was I glad that I did!!!! He was so honest, he even tried to walk me though some things over the phone in the event that I didn't need to pay for help. I ended up needing help. Not only did he say he could come over today...he left within minutes of my phone call!!!!Once Mike got here he was on task and did everything and the best part...he explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand it. Usually we get the run around in the service industry, but Mike is a real anomaly!!! He was so fair in price, I almost felt guilty. I would NEVER think of calling anyone else. I can't say anything but great things.In a world of bad service, Mike Clinton has come along and restored my faith!!!
