Tam Skylights

Very slow to react to defective skylights. Firsat they try to repair and say all is fine. Still leaked as they left a screw hole empty. Roofer returned and sealed empty screw hole. Skylight seal still leaked and when Tam was notified, waited 2 more days to respond and only offered a replacement a week later, meanwhile over all this time period, the leak caused by their neglience has ruined our ceiling and carpet. Read their guarantee: NOT LIABLE for additional damage. They should be fined or forced to honor their defective products.
