Roosevelt Auto Body- Collision 1

Another driver backed into my car and I needed a cover on my bumper replaced...nothing major, but not something I felt like I could tackle myself. The same part had been damaged before and replaced by another shop and it never quite fit right. I took the car to Roosevelt after reading reviews here. He met me in the parking lot while I was trying to park the car, gave me a quote and ordered the part on the spot. It took 5 minutes. The part was in in less than a week. He told me to drop by and he could do it while I waited. I was out running errands and I happened to be in his area a couple of days later, so I stopped. Just like he said, he took my car immediately and replaced the part...no wait, looks better than it did before the mishap, and labor was really fair. This guy is awesome!

I own a 1968 Olds Cutlass - my pride and joy. After a mishap with a telephone pole (they're tricky at night . . .ninja-like), I needed some front end work. Unfortunately, I don't have it insured for collision, so this would be out of pocket expenses. But it was nothing huge, a dented fender needing some bondo and paint and a bumper that had to be pulled out. I estimated the labor to be around $600 and parts (paint) about $75. I took it to several body shops (mostly insurance repair joints) and four flat out refused to do the work without giving me a quote. I couldn't believe it - they were turning down a job because they could make more money overcharging some insurance company. I also took the car to the shop down the street - who quoted me a price of $1,400 to maybe $5,000 (!!!). The last place I checked out was Roosevelt Auto Body. The owner, Dustin McLaughlin, is the nice guy on the planet. They did a great job, and the best part - only charged me $400. Do yourselves a favor - go here first.

I've been driving fix-it-up cars all my life and I freak out when I have to deal with actually fixing them up and finding an honest good mechanic. The techs at Roosevelt Auto Body rock my auto world! They are very knowledgeable and resourceful with parts and give you honest feedback and options. Thanks guys for all the auto works support!

Wow. I'm extremely impressed by these guys! My car was hit on a Sunday afternoon, took it in on a Tuesday evening, Got it back on Friday good as new! This is like the first time where I had a hassle free situation. Great stuff guys!

My poor car must be a magnet because in the past year it has been hit twice...while parked. Luckily in both cases Roosevelt Auto Body came to the rescue! I was referred to them by a friend and I have to say, I was amazed at how easy they made getting my car repaired. My car was returned to me looking brand new. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car after an accident, but they fixed pre-existing scratches and dents. They were not afraid to go the extra mile. I admire that. The staff is incredibly personable and friendly. And my car looks so good, I'm actually afraid to drive it!

Everyone was very professional and the quality of the work is outstanding. I worked with Adam Dirk and he was very helpful. The receptionist was also very friendly.

The paint job they did is so beautiful. Rick was amazing and honest and treated me with the utmost respect. He called me constantly with updates on my vehicle. I have never had such an easy and painless experience. Rick left me with no worries about getting my vehicle back and personally showed me the vehicle when it was ready for pick up.

I had wrapped my Nissan Versa around a pole and had a very large scratch on my door. I got a quote from another body shop for $2000 but they gave me a quote around $1300. My car came out looking perfect. Friendly service and fast action on the car. Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Someone rear-ended me and left a bit more than a love tap, so I went to Roosevelt Auto Body to get an estimate. I had gone there before and remember it being pretty quick and easy. They were able to get me in near the end of their day without an appointment and did a quick and easy estimate. Even though they were booked through the holidays, I was able to bring my car in for repairs that only took half a day. I worked mainly with Christian and he was super friendly and took great care of my car. I only had a small repair, so I'm not sure how they handle big damages, but I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others.

Recently had some car repair done here after I backed into a cement pole (doh!). When I went for my estimate they were very nice and also were able to complete it during my lunch break. The staff were very friendly. After collecting several estimates, I decided to schedule the work at this shop. I picked a week for the repair to occur. Two weeks before the work was scheduled they called me to follow-up on the insurance end of the situation. This was my first time utilizing my insurance, and the staff at this body shop was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do and were very helpful! They knew more about what to do than my insurance agent and helped me connect with the claims department (which my agent also failed to do). While the work was being done I was called for an update just as I had requested and the work was finished on time and looks great!

I had an accident where my rear fender was bent in half...I took my Prius to this shop and they took care of me really well. It was quick and painless which is the way it should be. Thanks!

I brought my car in needing a replacement rear bumper cover (what looks like the bumper to you or me) from a parking lot accident and was happy that the quote was less than my $1k deductible so I'm paying out of pocket. They got the part quickly, the work was done as scheduled, they communicated throughout the process, and it looks like new. I was concerned about the comments from prior reviewers, however they guarantee their work for as long as I own the car so I'm not at all concerned. Great service, great price, great job.

I had a minor repair and they were so helpful and honest and instead of making me repair everything, they worked with me to choose the least expensive repair that would be safe and secure. They went above and beyond to outline my options and provided excellent service. I will be returning here!
