I had such a great experience with Sabrena Torres at Ryan Ford!! Sabrena is the best sales person I have ever had. She works very hard to get you into the car that you want and is very honest and up front on what you can/cannot afford. The vehicle that I wanted with the options that I wanted was no in stock at Ryan, but Sabrena went on the hunt and found exactly what I wanted and had it brought in from another dealership. Sabrena and Ryan Ford also delivered the Explorer to my house at no extra charge. Eric and Chancy worked tirelessly to get me the approved with the best deal and rates. I will never go to another dealership or use a different salesperson again! Everyone at Ryan Ford was fantastic.

My mother n law was looking for a new vehicle. I checked the local dealers and 1 other out of town dealer. A friend suggested Ryan Ford and Mark Jones. I looked at the available Escapes on their website and picked the one I thought she would like. I spoke to Mark and gave him the stock number. He gave me a price that beat all others. I even had one of the other dealers call me and ask if I had made a decision. He tried to beat the offer, but could not. It wasn't just about the price. Mark was professional and not pushy. (I had to work on the day of the sale so I cannot evaluate the facility.) So my wife and mother n law went to make the actual purchase. My wife does not like the "purchase process" so I was surprised that she had no complaints about the transaction. It was easy and trouble-free. Best of all, my mother n law has a great new vehicle at a great price. This was easy.

The whole crew at Ryan Ford was fantastic. Steve Fox was the salesperson I dealt with, and he was extremely reasonable, friendly, honest and transparent. It was a no-pressure sales process throughout. The other folks at Ryan Ford that helped from add-on equipment through the financial paperwork at the end was easy, efficient, friendly and professional. I had used their Service Dept in the past as well, and it was a great experience. All-in-all, this is a great dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or service a Ford.

After a very unfortunate event with my Ford Explorer, Ryan Ford was able to give me a great deal on a truck! I am so thankful to Lori and Mitch for the amazing service. It had been almost 13 years since I'd purchased my last car and I was dreading going through the process again. I didn't need to worry since I had an excellent experience with Ryan Ford! After exchanging emails with several dealers in the area and being told that the car that I wanted did not exist and would have to be ordered (anywhere from a 6 to 10 week wait), Curtis' extra efforts got me the exact car (color, options and all) I wanted 8 days after we exchanged our first email. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes and absolutely LOVE my new car. Would certainly recommend Ryan Ford for a fair, straightforward and painless car buying experience!

I had the pleasure to work with Michael Williams after he responded to one of my Truecar.com postings. At the time, I was being bombarded with emails and phone calls from multiple dealerships. Michael's email stood out because he was upfront with pricing and even sent me a window sticker. Not once did he pressure me to come in to discuss with him, and responded to about 12-15 emails that I had sent. He was the only sales person that explained to me how FORD's incentive plan works. I decided to come in and discuss with him and he was able to find me the Truck I was looking for. He worked with me on pricing, and the Truck is currently in transit. I'm looking forward to taking delivery of the truck when it comes in, and will update this review after taking delivery. Thanks Michael!

Michael Williams was awesome! He did everything he needed to, to get me the best price on the vehicle I wanted. He is kind, considerate and he made me feel welcome and appreciated. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Car dealerships get a bad reputation for a reason and always seem to be pushing numbers rather than helping customers. At Ryan Ford I felt like I was a customer rather than just a number. I walked in to do some pre-shopping and was still treated like I was an important customer. Logan assured me that if they didn't have what I was looking for they could order one for me or get one here asap.

A few days later my salesman Logan sent me an email to touch base and I told him I would be coming by the next Saturday to possibly buy and he sent aside some time to meet with me. He was very patient and kind as I test drove several vehicles. We did have to wait a while for a financing guy to come available. While we waited Logan took me out and taught me how to drive manual as I was going to be buying a manual car and didn't know how to drive one yet. After I had gotten comfortable with it we came back in and were introduced to Colton who would be handling our financing.

Colton was polite, quick, and knowledgeable.

Logan was patient, entertaining, and courteous

At no point in this process did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Nor was there an attempt to upsell me on a higher priced model. Logan and Colton were both an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to buy here again.

Dealership had a lot of options but nothing i was really interested in. Salesmen: Derrick was a very knowledgeable bright young man. Answered all my questions and actually had a great time looking at cars with him. Will definetly be coming back in the future.

After about a month dealing with various dealerships, we went to Ryan Ford in Sealy and what a great experience it was, Our salesman Mark Jones was the best ever with no pressure, BEST ever experience we had purchasing a car. Not only him but the numbers guy Chase was very professional and personable and the finance guy was also a huge help. Good coffee also. We drove off in our 2017 Ford Explorer very, very satisfied.
