New Eastern Buffet

This used to be our fave restaurant, but no longer. The service is horrible. They promise things then don't deliver. They don't care about their customers. My son and I used to go in here 2 to 3 times a week after football practice. Last Friday, our regular waitress promised my son a birthday cake & to sing him "happy birthday" in Chinese. His birthday was Sunday, March 4. We had plans to go & eat with our church family, but he chose to go here instead because of her promise. After he finished his meal & was sitting there waiting for his cake, he was told "Oh... So sorry. We forgot. We so busy." Broke his heart. His dad is in the military and was not able to make it home for his bday, so he was really looking forward to this... His feelings were so hurt. And their answer to everything was to take $3 off our $17 bill and just say they were too busy & forgot. My son was so hurt. We will not ever go back to this place. We delt with the poor service when it came to refilling drinks and such because of how friendly the waitress usually is & we like the food, but there are so many other places we can go that will not make promises they have no intentions of keeping.
