First experience with Service Today (Lincoln, DE) as a residential customer. Technician Dane was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about my system, even though it was installed by someone else OVER A DECADE AGO. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did and why, and made sure I knew every option before doing anything. He came with the attitude to repair and service my system as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, like I was a long time friend. Did not try to sell me something or try to talk me into buying anything I didn't absolutely need. Am VERY pleased with Dane and his attitude. Total cost was a little bit higher than expected, but the old saying "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" definitely applied here. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone in need of HAVC maintenance and/or service.
