Majestic Pet Hotel & Boutique

Been coming here over 2 years w/ my pitt bull Monty. He loves it there. I love the staff. Very capable, trained hands. I've never had an issue (unlike other places in the bay area where I've had huge problems). I don't trust anyplace in the bay area but this one. A+

The team at the Majestic Pet Hotel are great! They treat all animals like their own. My dog Jet loves playtime with all his friends.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Chase over the Holiday . I was glad to get him home , but he acted as though he didn't want to leave . You and your staff did a excellent job in taking care of Chase the week I was out of town .

Avoid Majestic Pets!



After boarding our 12 year old rat terrier with Majestic Pets on NASA Parkway for one week in May 2013, she lost 30% of her six pounds... with her ribs showing, was non-responsive to voice commands, and very confused and lethargic. I was never notified and questioned her condition; they reviewed their records and found no notation of anything unusual. It is unconscionable that Majestic Pets staff did not notice her weight loss or lethargic behavior, as it was extreme and very noticable to the untrained eye.



I immediately took Ruffles to Dr. Huber, who evaluated her and performed surgury to remove both overies, which were ready to burst from infection. He stayed to care for her throughout the night.... even feeding her part of his dinner when she woke from surgery. He advised that she would not have lived another 24 hours. How fortunate she was boarded for only one week!



Later, as a courtesy when apprising Dr. Adams that she might consider re-educating her techs on how to better observe animals in their care to note concerns for evaluation, she stood by her tech's notes that nothing was amiss. After sharing facts regarding Ruffles' severe medical condition, not even an apology was given. The need for the procedure was not due to the lack of care at Mejestic Pets; however, had I not picked her up and sought immediate medical attention from a competent vet for her severe condition, she would have died in the care of an incompentent vet tech, who neglected to notice her dramatic medical decline!



I will never board with Mejestic Pets, nor will I ever use Dr. Adams for vet care!

I could not be happier with this place. My little Truman loves going here and he loves everybody there. That makes me feel wonderful,when I have to leave him overnight or just for play days. I would choose them over anybody else in town,especially the Pet P. Thank you guys for making sure Truman feel special.
