This company is awful when it comes to managing its employees. The Office Management team in Scottsdale has no sense of what really is going on and are always letting go of their employees every 6 to 12 months. They do not believe in developing their employees, but rather intimidate and demotivate.

Their response to improving OPERATIONS is cleaning house all the time. It is sad to see how the only true manager there does not work within the facility.
