Worst experience ever! Manager and a hair dresser were fighting about scheduling a customers perm and how the customer should leave in front of that poor woman as well as the rest of the customers. My hair cut was nothing like the picture I showed. And then she continued brush and blow dry it into a giant puff of hair. Finally told her to stop and left with half my head wet.

Worst Salon I have ever been to! Went there once to have my hair curled. I showed the girl a picture and she said she could do the style. I sat in the chair for almost 20 mins. while she brushed my hair with a soft brush making it all frizzy. She then attempted to tie my hair up on mulptile attempts with a rubber band after she told me bobby pins wouldn't work. Each time she took the rubber band out, it ripped my hair and each time she kept putting this giant puff in the front and I told her I wanted it falt, but she kept trying and couldn't get it flat. I asked her not to use the rubber bands and she told me there was no other option. I got fed up and walked out.
