        Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do not buy anything from this store! We purchased a couch and had it delivered (well part of it was delivered). We called and the rest was delivered. After one week of having the couch the springs broke in 2 sections of the couch. We called and told them the couch was low quality and we would like to exchange or return and purchase a different couch. They told us they would call back (they didn't) so called again. They told us they couldn't do anything for us since the couch was now used. Once the plastic is removed it's considered used. Obviously they could care less about the products they carry and the satisfaction of their customers.
