Drain Away

I've been doing business with this company for 20 years. My main sewer lines back up twice to three times a year - tree roots are the culprit.
They are reliable, their employees are capable and courteous AND the company has a reasonable and affordable set fee. No initial fee and estimate. Not $400 or more like most other service providers (I checked around just for reference). For homeowners, they offer a guarentee.
I highly recommend this company.

Drain-Away Sewer came within five hours of my call and fixed cleared the line leading from my washing machine tub to the sewer. The workers were friendly and competent. The service fee seemed reasonable

I own a raised ranch. The toilet located on the ground level gets sluggish, clogged and eventually backs up every few years and requires the sewer pipe to be flushed. A friend recommended DASDS to me and I have had the sewer pipe flushed in 2009, 2011, and again yesterday. Each time I called DASDS, the office manager who arranges the appointment, has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. A plumber arrives promptly (usually between 2 - 48 hours depending on the urgency of the problem). The sewer is flushed and all the water lines upstairs and downstairs are checked to be sure the water is moving freely. The fee is very reasonable and this company is very loyal to its returning customers. I highly recommend their services. sandy

OK, sat we called because we needed work done, it was the main plumbers day off OK, not too bad we will wait till Monday. he showed up Monday and look at our issue. he said he will be back the next day to get started and then called and said the job on Tuesday was taking longer than expected. well OK, we'll wait till Wednesday. well no call no show. called company to complain. Thursday, no call no show and same with Friday and over the weekend.. now its Monday again and trying to get him to show up.. so at this moment its been a week without a kitchen and bathroom sink. so take this review how you want and i hope your not waiting with a major problem like i am.
