Colonial Transportation

We booked a 60th birthday wine tasting tour (Reservation # 36576) to start at 11 am on 8/20/2015 for $650.00 not including driver tip. At 10:50 am the driver called and stated he will be 20-25 late. At 11:30 am I called the company Events Coordinator / Office Manager requesting an update. She starting yelling at me stating they do not have control over traffic or accidents. I do not enjoy being yelled at so I canceled the Reservation. She yelled at me she was going to charge me for the four pre-order sandwiches. I stated OK and hung-up. I was billed $202.96. I called to question the high charge (I assumed four pre-order sandwiches could not be more than $50) and they started yelling at me again so again I hung-up. For the record the driver showed up at 11:45 am, he was very nice and he stated the Office Manager yells at everyone!

Colonial provided transportation to and from JFK. We made a reservation for a 4:30am pick-up for a party of 7. They arrived ahead of schedule and we were on our way to JFK with plenty of time to catch our flight. When we returned from our trip Colonial was already waiting for us. I would highly recommend them for airport transportatioan. All the people we dealt with were very nice and very helpful.

Colonial Transportation helped us out when we were in a bind. Another transportation company in the area was supposed to pick my family and I up from JFK airport, but when we arrived they were not to be found. After calling them and being placed on hold 4 times they finally stated they lost our reservation.



I then looked online and found Colonial's number, gave them a call, and within 5 minutes they dispatched a nice SUV to come and pick us up. The driver arrived fast and was very courteous. I could not thank Colonial Transportation enough for coming through for us when we needed it the most. Highly recommend.

I booked a wine tour with Colonial Translation and it was even better than I hoped it would be! We went for a more sophisticated bachelorette party, and it was perfect. Before I even talk about the tour, Rose, who I reserved with, was very responsive and accommodating when someone had to drop out a week in advance. Patrick was our driver and he was so friendly and courteous. He arrived 15 minutes early and got us home on time, so we had time to change before going out in the evening.



We went to three wineries with tastings reserved for us. Patrick just went in ahead and checked us in at each place. The wines were great and so were the wineries. He even took us to a nearby beach when we had some time between wineries! The second winery had sheep outside, and we had our boxed lunch on the deck. There was plenty of food for us, and the place was even selling delicious brownies and cheesecakes which we bought for dessert with our fruit which was included. The last winery was much more crowded, but had a good band and it was also a horse sanctuary so we got to pet some beautiful horses!



It was really a perfect day, seamlessly organized by Colonial Translation.

We've been using Colonial fo more than a decade and I trust on them with my family members young and old!
