Time Warner Cable Sayre

Just have a silly question that I need to talk to a simple person about and I have to go through the darn loop just to get told something irrelevant to my initial question!!! I guess I have to waste my gas and drive to the office.. Not happy.

I am not very happy with a company that I needed to talk to an employee and they do not answer the phone. After the fifth try I got this voice mail they did not help me or put me through to what I wanted. I am thinking about canceling with them now. If this is the kind of service you give.

In the Sayre area the cable internet is slow. The phone service and internet goes out for hours sometimes early morning. I paid extra for a faster cable connection and sometimes during prime time it is as slow as dial-up.
