Landlord-Tenant Disputes

The average dispossessory filings in the practice are in excess of (300) filings per month. Our team performs dispossessory services and evictions in a timely manner and we offer complete transparency to our clients -- a critical component of the services we offer. We achieve this transparency by providing a web based account management platform that allows the client the ability to file, track and update the dispossessory proceeding in real time as it moves from filing to execution of the Writ of Possession.
