        Honest. Told me what needed to be done. Gave me a fair price to do it. Got it done exactly how he said it would be done. The only thing I could say about the whole experience that wasn't 100% perfect, was totally out of his hands. It caused a slight delay that I was fully informed about. The job was completely done to my satisfaction.
