        Overall

        Terrible experience...they overbooked for the day...tried to blame us for not having an appointment. Moved our party to the dressing room the size of a closet to try on wedding dress...Really! The gracious and proper thing to have done was to admit to the error and ask us to come back! At this point it is worth driving to Jacksonville or Atlanta to visit a shop with better customer service
