Founded in 1936, Buffalo Elementary School is an educational institution that provides a range of academic programs to more than 800 students in grades one through six. It offers classes in reading, writing, math, science, English, social studies, physical education, music, computer technology and language arts. The school provides Title 1 and special education programs for gifted and talented students. It offers milk, fruits, burgers, chicken nuggets, pizzas and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that encourages parental involvement in children s education.
