I called to ask if Jim's Auto Repair could look over a car that I was considering purchasing. They were able to fit me in on the same day and they gave the car a thorough going over and test drive. They also told me what maintenance I could expect for that vehicle in the future. Over all I was highly satisfied and felt I was dealt with fairly and honestly.

I have known Jim and had most of my auto service done at his shop for many years and he and his staff have been exceptionally fair and honest compared to any other similar services I have used; including simple diagnostics, finding quality after market parts, exceptional diesel services, and towing from mom's toyota up to your Peterbilt rig. These days they are usually busy and service fleets, so quick turnaround may not happen for routine service, but the front office staff is professional and straightforward about estimates and scheduling.
