A native of Brazil, Dr. Rotta attended medical school in that country then completed an Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Dr. Rotta went on to complete a Neurology residency at University of Miami (UM) in Coral Gables, FL and a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders, also at UM. He is board certified in Clinical Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology.

Another benefit is that the SIGNA Voyager offers vascular imaging that doesn’t require the use of needles or contrast dye for patients who cannot tolerate the injection of contrast dye for certain tests.
