Pediatric Care
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Megan moved to Sarasota in 2011. She has been a phlebotomist since 2005, with experience working in blood donor centers, hospitals, outpatient labs, NICU and pediatrics. Internal Medicine
Dr. Louis Cohen is originally from the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, New York, where he attended Yeshiva of Flatbush High School. Dr. Cohen majored in microbiology and graduated with honors from Cornell University, and in 1982 he graduated from the State University of New York Medical School at Syracuse. Dr. Cohen then completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at UMDNJ Rutgers University in 1985. Princeton Hospital not only provided him with excellent training as part of the UMDNJ program, but it is also where he met his wife, Marianne, and where they wed in 1984 at the former Governor’s estate.
Nephrology
After his fellowship, Dr. Medvedovsky joined BronxCare Health System (formerly Bronx Lebanon Hospital) as a clinical faculty member from 2011 to 2021. During this time, he also served as Chief of Nephrology from 2017 to 2021.

In 2007, Dr. Roth entered medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Bradenton, Florida, and completed her medical degree in 2011. Initially intent on a career in psychiatry, she began training at the renowned Institute of Living in Hartford, Connecticut. While an intern, she realized that her true interests and strengths were in internal medicine and switched to the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Connecticut. She completed her training in 2015.

Haley was born and raised in Sarasota and joined LernerCohen Healthcare in 2021. She brings a combined four years of nursing experience, serving as an LPN and later an RN in urgent care and orthopedics. After earning her RN, BSN from State College of Florida, she began working full time at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in their orthopedic unit, where she continues to work part time as well. Her hobbies include water sports, outdoor activities with her dogs, travel and fitness and weight training.

A native of Tampa, Bryan moved south to Sarasota to escape cold weather. He earned his undergraduate degree at Stetson University and doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Bryan is available for complimentary in-office physical therapy evaluations and exercise consultations.
