I called to ask about their hours, and the lady on the phone was professional and courteous. I inquired about flea control about my 3 dogs and was given a quick answer with prices as well. When we arrived we were debating between 2 products and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt as if they were invested in helping us to make the right choice. As for the negative comments, I have 3 dogs and my oldest will be 12 this summer, I have yet to find any product that I use for them to be cheap.

This pet store is in the same building as Saraland Vet Clinic is owned by vet, Dr George. Everything in the store is over-priced and it is worth your while to drive to Petsmart. I took my dog to be groomed at Kritter Sitters and they called me and said the puppy had ear mites and they were taking it over to the vet side to microscope his ears. It turned out he did NOT have ear mites and just needed his ears cleaned which is why I took him to be groomed!! $46.00 for the vet & $31.00 for the grooming. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
