        THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT! THEY ARE ACCURATE, HONEST, AND DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WON'T DO WORK THAT IS NOT NEEDED AND ARE ALWAYS LOOKING TO SAVE ME SOME MONEY - SOMETHING I TRULY APPRECIATE [WHICH HAS SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF $$ MULTIPLE TIMES.]



        AS FOR SALES, I BOUGHT MY LAST CAR FROM THEM AND FELT SO WELL CARED FOR. THEY ARE HONEST AND UP FRONT. THERE WERE NO HIDDEN THINGS I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT. THE MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT...IN FACT, MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! SHELDEN FLOWERS IS MY SALESPERSON. HE DID A GREAT JOB! HE WAS SO PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I AM PUTTING HIS NAME ON HERE SO EVERYONE CAN KNOW TO GO TO SHELDEN FLOWERS FOR THEIR NEXT CAR. I BELIEVE HE SELLS BOTH VW AND BMW's AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND I KNOW HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
