Please avoid this place at all cost, especially if you don't want your hair butchered.
My teenage son decided to grow his hair out and have his hair long enough to comb back. He even took in a picture so the person cutting his hair can have an idea of what he wanted. Gabby decided to have a go at it even though he specifically asked her to NOT attempt cutting it if she didn't feel confident doing it. Well you guessed right, she said with all confidence "yeah! I can do it".
She cut his hair horribly, cutting in areas way to short and leaving other areas to long. She even used a razor behind his ears when the style he wanted specifically left the hair long behind the ears.
To make matters worse, when I called to cordially explain the problem and possibly get a refund or some other kind of recompense. The management offered a free haircut.
Obviously they don't get it!
Why would I want to get a free haircut!?
I wouldn't want to take the chance of it happening again!
My son already has to go around constantly wearing a hat till it grows out!
