Princessa Dental

I am very happy to say that Princessa Dental has been the best place for my family and me, they had work with my insurance, and provide us with great dental work. One of my kids had her wisdom teeth out, the surgeon was great, so patient and funny, Dr. Hughes made her feel very comfortable and the surgery went without any problems. Seems like everybody here is happy from the front desk to the people helping the doctors to the doctors, I have fun here.

I almost fort to mention that this office doesn't look, feels or smell as a Dental Office, looks more like a spa than a Dental office. Just beautiful.

When I first started my dental treatment they informed me that I had to get approved by med-cal.This took over a year and a half. I was told that I needed 3 teeth remove, some teeth added to my lower partial. I was told this could be done at one time. I took all the impression but after they pulled all the teeth they didn't have my dentures or the tooth added to the bottom retainer. Now they want me to come back for 4 more impression. Is this any way to do business.

Your dispatcher really doesn't know costumer service can she answer with a more professional way when a question has been ask ??? Very dissapionting ... This happen today feb ,27 ,2016 !at 846am
