        To qualify for residency, you must be both homeless and dually-diagnosed with a mental illness and addiction disorder. All residents are enrolled in our 18-month treatment program, which includes dual-diagnosis treatment groups, drug testing and 12-Step meeting attendance. Rent varies by individual and is based upon approximately 30% of the individual's income. If you would like to apply for residency, please visit us between 1:00-3:00pm on Thursdays or Fridays to meet our staff and begin the application process.
