Island Rental Svc

DON"T do business with Island Rentals. Ordered a propane grill from them for a week. Paid $110 plus $10 delivery fee. Grilling utensils are not provided. Then was charged $25 for a cleaning fee after we came home. Owner argued that we did not clean it. Horrible experience with her and her business. So we ended up paying $145 for a small propane grill with no utensils.We cleaned it and it's ridiculous that she says we didn't! RIP OFF!

Roz and the staff at Island Rental Services were very prompt and professional. We rented items for children who were ages 1, 2, and 3 years. Everything (cribs, bedding, inside toys, fans, gates for stairwells, highchairs, and beach tent) was clean and in great condition. When we arrived to the rental property on Captiva, Island the accoutrements were set up and ready for us to use. We had one question regarding the beach tent, and Roz was extremely prompt in returning my phone call and answering my question. On our departure day, Roz's sister arrived to disassemble cribs, load items up, and return them to Island Rental Services. Both Roz and her sister were delightful to talk with; I would highly recommend this rental service to any traveling parents.
