I would not work for this company unless you plan on being in a dead end, no room for advancement job. This comes from experience. If you do, don't plan on getting any help from the CSA. He does not seem to care for the employees and does not do anything to try to address problems that occur in customer service. He says he will but he won't. All he has is excuses. So if you do get employed here, good luck, and I hope you don't mind the same dead end job everyday. There is no room for advancement.
