Wayside Family Dentistry

This is horrible dental office. The staff is rude and they overcharged my dental insurance a lot of money. They also had me pay a lot out of my own pocket. I stopped going there because of Karen the Office Administrator who was rude to me several times. She overcharged my bank card and my care credit card several times, and they would not fix it. I had to fight with Karen over the phone several times. She is a very difficult person to speak with, and she has a horrible temper. I would stay away from this office.

Not too sure you can use the word pleasant and dentist in the same sentence but it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Onysky and staff are very professional and really care.

I had just come off of a very bad experience with a dentist referred by my insurance company, so I was sure to really do some "due diligence" this time in selecting a dentist. I went to google and saw the reviews for Dr. Onyski's practice were glowing. Key to my selecting a dentist boils down to these things:

1. is the provider part of my insurance network?

2. do they do a good job and use state-of-the-art equipment?

3. - are they fair and communicative?

Communication has become so vital to my experience being a good one with a dentist or any service provider. When dealing with something as important as your teeth and navigating the ever-confusing insurance coverage and dental terminology, I have found happily that this office is extremely professional, communicative, clear and friendly. I am so relieved to have found this office. I know the job was done right. Stay away from dentists that don't get glowing reviews, take my advice. I can say that Dr. Onysyi and her team have won my confidence and trust

I was always petrified of going to the dentist. I recently went to Dr. Onyski and had a crown done. I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and great she was. I am now getting another crown done as I have put off going to the dentist in many years. I feel so comfortable going there. The staff is also amazing and the Office Manager manager really maintains a positive atmosphere. I now look forward to my appointments and I recommend all that are afraid please go give her a try.

When I moved to the area a month ago, a close friend recommended me to Wayside Family Dental . I am so glad that I am a patient there, it has been such a positive experience. They go above and beyond to provide patients with good dental care. Dr. Onyski really cares, and the girls are AWESOME. Bring your family, you will not be disappointed.
