The property management The Worthing Companies do not care about the residents even if you have a genuine concern & will give you the run-a-round. I moved in Aug/2017 & since have been dealing with very noisy neighbors upstairs every since! The child that runs around all the time, they walk so heavy the ceiling shakes, slams toilet seats, always drop things, random thuds & bangs are heard constantly, & when the wife "cooks" she slams on the counter for 15 mins+ straight & I know this b/c we asked them about it & they said it was "traditional Chinese cooking"; really? Everyday 3x a day? And to make matters worse their lease is up but the complex allowed them to add 2 extra people to a month-to-month lease so regardless of higher rent they have enough people to split the rent & not leave. SO now I'm trying to find another place after only being here for 8 months because the complex does not find my noise complaint urgent enough to properly handle the upstairs neighbors & after saying that we can transfer to another apartment, we CANNOT keep the same price & there are no available upstairs units! This whole experience has been been nothing short of hell. I can't sleep, I have missed periods due to the stress, & the neighbors are rude and incompassionate every time we have asked them to be more considerate. The wife even had the nerve of telling me that if I don't like noise that I should move; SERIOUSLY you have six bodies in a 2 bd apartment & one of them is a newborn that she had while we were there! If anything THEY should leave or move to a bottom apartment/townhouse, it makes no sense to raise a family in an upstairs unit & then look at me like I'm being unreasonable, when I say you are being loud! All on top of the fact that a week after we moved in we were burglarized & many cars have been too! So security is also not important to them either. The infrastructure is very old so we have soft spots on the carpet floor & no vent in the bathrooms so mold will form.

I am living in this community from last three years, and never faced any issue. Two year in 51C and one year in 41E. And a week back when I left 41E and moved to 71E they have put $1075 charge to clean apartment 41E, I mean what the hell is this. This is complete one month rent for me, and after talking to them and convening them they had only one answer - you have to pay...you have to pay.

I have complaint them many time about the tap leakage in master bathroom due to which bath tub is ruined. For their mistake I have to pay this huge amount now.

I will never recommend this community to any one and if you are already living here be careful.

Wow...I am speechless. My husband and I stopped in these apartments on 2/27/2010 because of their convenience to our office. We were greeted with one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Asking for paperwork was like prying candy out of a child's hand. Ridiculous. It was as if we were an inconvenience...if this is how they greet potential new residents, I can only imagine how they treat you once you live there. Avoid at all costs.
