Sandwich Animal Control

I have a cat trap on my deck via NESSA. The trap trapped a raccoon instead of the pregnant wild cat we're trying to save. I called Sandwich Animal Control. Four hours later they called me back to say they "don't do that. And especially since it's not their trap, they won't come out to release the "animal" from a trap that isn't theirs". I spoke with the animal group I'm dealing with and they confirmed that the animal controls are lazy and don't do anything so to not even bother. NOT "Animal Control". Phhhhtttt!
