I went her once and that was more than enough! I had a suspicion they were over charging me, and after getting a quote from two more dentist my suspicions were confirmed. They were charging almost triple what the other dentist quoted me. Then when I called to cancel my appointment and told them I wasn't coming back they sent me a bill for a $100 missed appointment fee!!! Dave yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
I rated this business a 5, because I didn't think of anything that could be changed. The Sand Springs location is the one I frequent, and I've been pleased with the services I've reeived, from teeth cleaning to root canals, and more. Dixie, the hygienist, always does a thorough job explaining any procedure that needs to be done, and Dr. Emami's experience and professionalism gives me comfort in turning over the care of my teeth for any necessary work. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming.
As a new patient we were disappointed. Teeth cleaning was not thorough. Not very much time spent with dentist and he only wanted to discuss my insurance plan. We will not be going back.
My experience at Galleria of Smiles was great. I am not a fan of dentists, like most people. From the second i walked in the door to my exit - i was put at ease. The staff their is very friendly and they have fun! I am a very picky person and i notice the little things- like the sweet smell of the office. It didnt smell like a dr office. The staff was easy to talk to and helped me get a plan of attack for my dental treatment. The DR- very gentle and gave me all the options for my dental work. He explained each one and the pro's and con's. A sincere 'Thank you' to all of them at Galleria of Smiles--- I am scheduled to start my dental work and couldnt be happier about it!
