        Trahan recommended and installed a zone system on our existing HVAC. When summer heat came, the air conditioner froze up. A service technician for our home warranty examined the system and told us that the airflow to the zones was insufficient because the duct work was too small and poorly installed. I called Trahan EIGHT TIMES and left messages for Pat Trahan, who never called back. On the eighth call I threatened the receptionist that I would go to the BBB to complain, and only then did I get an email in which Trahan refused to address the issue. He said he was on vacation in Europe and couldn't even get a technician to go look at the problem. I finally got another contractor to look at the system who came to the same conclusion about the installation Trahan did. I had to have the new contractor redo the work that Trahan did and I am now pursuing an action to get reimbursement. Terrible work, even worse customer service. Don't use Trahan, and don't let your general contractor!
