Plaza Self Storage

If you live in San Pedro its location is very convenient in the center of the city 5 minutes from either end but for a 3 foot x 4 foot well you can't even call it a closet the price is $40 a month and if you are late past the 10th of the month the fees end up over $60. The hours that you are allowed to enter daily are slim to almost useless times the average person with a job would never make it. They open late at 10:30 AM and close early by 6:30 PM. The actually units are not very secure and flimsy in construction. They aren't even fully enclosed the tops of most units aren't even sealed you can see the buildings roof.

Centrally located in the middle of San Pedro in a older building. Management are friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable. Lots of security cameras, but is it really secure? Major problem: there is no parking to unload your stuff. Limited parking in back of building and all three spaces were taken by customers for other offices! Also this place has bugs. Renter beware.
