Neptune Society

My father prepaid for the Neptune Society's service and when he died June 4 at age 96, everything seemed according to expectations, however it is now August and I don't have his remains as of yet. I have called the Society repeatedly only to be told the person I need to speak with is unavailable however upon eventual contact, she assured me that my father's remains would be sent out on a Friday a week ago and unless they are using the slowest delivery possible, I am still waiting for his remains. There was even a question as to whether we were to have his remains sent to the family and I had the contract before me and read the language to them, at which time it was agreed he would be sent out. I am only pleased with part of their services and can only address to this individual site.
