“ Nice Teeth Dental and Dr. Jason Chen has been my preferred dentist for almost ten years now, on again and off again since my office has moved out of San Leandro. What keeps bringing me back are the friendly and helpful hygienists, office staff and of course Dr. Jason Chen. At each cleaning and examination, they haven’t made unnecessary recommendations for work, or have asked for additional procedures at the end of the year. Dr. Jason Chen has also fixed a bad dental situation from me from another dentist elsewhere, which was the original reason I came to Nice Teeth Dental. He is exceptional, and the most trustworthy and skillful dentist you could find.

Our team emphasizes the importance of our philosophy, to care for and treat the patient. This means that we do our best to do what is right for you. We help to prevent tooth decay by seeing you for your routine exams and cleanings while providing you with appropriate home care instructions.

Fillings
CEREC technology is an advanced restorative system that saves you time while allowing us to restore decayed teeth, place crowns, remove defective amalgam fillings or place cosmetic veneers in just one appointment. Traditionally, crowns, veneers and bridges are sent out to a lab and patients have to come back 1-2 weeks later to try in their restoration. During this wait time, patients have a temporary placed until the permanent restoration comes back from an outside lab. But with CEREC, we are able to make, try in and fit the restoration while working with you to match the tooth to the color and shape of your smile. Your teeth can now be precisely restored back to its natural beauty, function and strength.
Resin Composite
Tooth bonding is a way to repair chipped or broken teeth. We use a composite resin, which is a natural tooth colored material, and porcelain to match the restoration to the color of your teeth.
Veneers
Veneers are thin porcelain layers that are bonded to your natural teeth. The purpose of porcelain veneers is to create a better appearance than the original tooth that it is bonded over. We are able to deliver picture-perfect custom veneers in just a single appointment.
Crowns
On average, it takes 4 months for our dentists to integrate. Once completed, we are able to proceed with the crown and abutment (platform) – a short time frame of 10 days. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of California, Davis and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.
