I went to this place becuause they offer good prices wich they do have but there customer service is the worst, I was sitting there for ever no one would notice me. They have a lot of posters talking about how customer service is valuable to them but that is a lot of bull S#!t there was a total 6 employers but actually only ONE was working, One employere by the name of Elida was on a personal call I could here her juicy gossip, one was sitting down but said she could not help me because she had already clocked out another one did not want to help me because she said she was waiting for a customer to bring her a money order and she was the one that ended up helping me in a bad way but helped me. Overall experience -3 of 10 will not be back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DEAL WITH THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST TO GET A CHEAP PRICE TRY IT!

Don't use this place! You will get helpful and gung-ho service right up until the point where they make the sale! After that if there are any problems, you are on your own. An agent made a mistake in regards to my banking info which ended up costing me a lot of money. No one at the office would help me resolve the issue, and my agent was conveniently on vacation and unable to help me. She was nice beforehand but when you work in a business like this it's very important to be detail oriented...which was not the case here. And a place that doesn't own their mistakes and try to resolve them is a BIG no-no! Take your business elsewhere.

Worst Customer service, contacting your agent is like trying to get ahold of the of a representative at the Employment Development Department. OLIVIA NAVARRO my agent, never answered my calls, voice mail was completly full, I was able to get a response a week later through email. She has you sign all these exlusion forms, and later additional people are are excluded on your policy, people whom you may not know. It made me feel unconfortable, having all these random people on my policy as being excluded, so I contacted her again this time in person. Not professional, she was talking about a babtism on her cellphone while i was infront of her anxious to know about my policy, Customer service is last here, she had me waiting while she finished her 6 minute call on what type of invitations should be made.



Two weeks later I get even more random names on my exlusion policy throughmail, I did not feel comforatable having these people on my policy , just today i receive another paper from titan, with an increase of 384.00 dollars, did these people increase my premium? I do not know, I am still waiting for a response from Olivia Navarro, I doubt I will get a response today.



Unprofessional, false quotes, qoutes that are later increased, problematic and worrysome names on your policy added ( perhaps to increase your premium), unable to get a hold of a your agent, horrible customer service.



DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE, You will later regret it.
