Jay Nolan Community Services is a licensed Foster Family Agency and is certified by the American Red Cross.         Overall

        Perhaps you should watch the video of their employees beating an autistic man. Then what do the managers do? Go to his residence and destroy the hidden cameras. Nice. What a disgrace.
