Kennedy University in counseling psychology with a holistic studies emphasis, which encompasses viewing an individual as a combination of mind, spirit and body. My specializations include Recovery from abuse (including Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse), Transition, Grief & Loss, Body Image, Compulsive Eating, Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness. Common areas of concern addressed in therapy include Relationship conflict or difficulties, Depression, Anxiety, Panic episodes, Low self-esteem, lack of confidence, Social anxiety, Isolation I have specialized training in Domestic Violence, Eating Disorders, Buddhist & Transpersonal Psychology.
