This review is regarding a deposition that was handled incorrectly. A scheduled date for a deposition was set and a specific time. I arrived within plenty time to allow for traffic and parking. Upon arrival, I was informed the attorney was running late. He finally arrived close to twenty minutes late.

Rapidly flipping through the file/case in the room where the deposition was to be held. Then he claimed he needed to make a few phone calls. Time is ticking away.

He returned after making his calls and announced that the adjoining parties( being other insurance company representatives) were not present so we had to cancel this previously scheduled deposition.



I asked what do you mean? He responded that some how a notification had failed to be sent to the adjoining parties. Now due to negligence and someone not handling their responsibilities correctly another deposition must be scheduled. Please keep in mind I have been suffering extreme stress, duress, and anxiety awaiting this deposition since I was informed of the date a few weeks ago.

Now I must experience this entire scenario once again, due to someones lack of duty.
